At Atelier Everli, all our jewelry is made to order and personalized with care. This means each piece is crafted uniquely for you.

As such, personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, which excludes custom-made products from the standard right of withdrawal.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error that is our responsibility, you are entitled to a solution.

In this case, please contact us as soon as possible within 14 days of delivery at contact@ateliereverli.com , including :

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and the issue

Important : The defective item(s) must be returned in its original packaging. If the packaging has been discarded, the item will be considered as worn, and the defect may be deemed the result of customer use, making it ineligible for return or refund.

Upon receiving your request, our team will review it carefully and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

As per law, non-returnable items include :

  • Personalized jewelry (custom names, dates, messages, etc.
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
